Title: Ripping CD's to FLAC on a MAC

Hi everyone,
I received a McCartney Vancouver bootleg that is not out in the wild and was looking to torrent it.

I received it on two CD's and was was wondering how I can rip these CD's to FLAC format to be able to post the torrent?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
