Title: Suggestions on a board room setup

hey all,

I might have to setup our boardroom here at work with some mics and a mixer for amplifying confrences. The room already has an amplifier, speakers and what not. I am thinking goosneck cards probably AT's and about 8 or 10 of them anyone have any ideas on mixers that are VERY simple to operate. I will not be in this room to set it up every time so simplicity is key.
