« on: December 29, 2017, 02:08:21 PM »
Do these even exist?  I think that I may have misplaced one.

I think this is the one, not quite sure. Maybe you can email sonosax, then re-email them 4 more times until they respond.

Thank goodness my wife just found mine behind the couch.  I finally got Sonosax to respond to my inquiry about a replacement.  If you need an extra you might want to read below and grab the final tray for a mere $82USD.   :o

In the meantime, I ordered the brown ones from Newmark linked above and will report back if they work.

Quote
Dear Mr Kreider,

This is just to confirm that there is only one battery tray available, our last one.

The total amount of your order is :

CHF 30.- battery tray
CHF 50.- shipping cost, via UPS
CHF 80.-

An advanced payment would be required and could be made via Paypal to sonosax@sonosax.ch, if it is OK for you.

Best regards.

Newark has black for $7.27 each. At least to me it looks like the same tray as the SX-M2.

Maybe a couple of small scratches, but thats because these mics are chick magnets.
Girls always up on Andy tryin to grab these mics, the scratches are from their wedding rings.

Wow, that does look the same.  I will still look at the brown ones and report back here, but may return them and try the black ones too.

Someone may need this info at some point and I do not mind spending a few bucks to be the guinea pig for the community.  It cannot hurt to have an extra pair loaded with batteries just in case.

I'd imagine it's the same sled, just in black. X2 + shipping it's what? About $10 each? Without that you're stuck using an external power supply.

Sure as heck beats $82, and there's only 1 in stock at Sonosax.

Just reporting back that the Bulgin links reported in this thread are not only a perfect fit but must be the trays sourced by Sonosax to use in the SX-M2.  They are literally identical and even original ones even say Bulgin on the inside.  I now have a spare for each of my 'Saxs.  I can take a pic and add it too.
