Title: powering Zoom F8

Was thinking of getting a Zoom F8 and was wondering how y'all power yours?  I like the idea of using locking hirose connector with external battery.  I was thinking a 23000mAh Portable Charger with a cable from GAKables or is this over kill?

I use a Tekkeon to the hirose connector and another Tekkeon to the 12 volt connector. The F8 doesnt seem to drain these at any substantial rate so Im not sure a 23000mAh  battery is necessary.

Thanks rippleish20.  I'm going to go with external battery to hirose connector, like you.  Sounds like the most secure power supply.  Wish the power distributor was still available from H2O.  There are commercial ones available but 2x the price.
