They say that the preamps are the best they ever made. 8 xlr mic/line in each w/ 26 db pads and 2 1/4'' or rca line in stereo
channels for a total of 12 channels of recording at up to 24/96. It uses sd or usb thumb drive. $599. If it's all it's cracked up to
be it could be a real game changer.

Tantalizing. Would be a lot easier to use broadcasting and recording our local music festivals than my present hodge-podge of MacGuyvered gear lashed together with Hosa cables. I won't be in a buying cycle until next June, so that gives the community plenty of time to check this thing out and see what it's capable of. I'll stay tuned.

If only I had the excuse... not having recorded anything for several years now... it certainly looks about as comprehensive a package as one could wish for - but no flying faders??? (OK, I'm joking).
