Hello,

I need some help regarding my problem ...
I have a phone recording in witch one voice is hearing at high level , verry clear, but the other voice is at a verry low low level, due to the recording was taking first voce from mic and the other from phone line.
Trying normalize will keep the ratio between the first voice and the other voice ..
How can i bring the lower voice to the same level or down the higher voice to the lowers level and then volume up all thing ?
it has also a background voice and sounds due to the news running on my TV witch is lower than the higher voice but higher that the other.
The lower voice is a male voice, the higher voice is a female voice if this helps ... thinked abut selecting only the male voice by frequency.

You might try compression, multiband compression, or volume envelope.  The biggest challenge:  raising the quiet voice will also raise the environmental noise, unless you're able to sufficiently band-limit your editing.
