Wheres that at The Westcott?...When?Would i need permission to videotape them or is there a taper guestlist?

I taped there before and one time i was allowed to patch from SBD and next time soundguy claimed there were no outputs to do that.

TLG allows video. If you email their manager he will tell the venue you are coming.

I just looked at their website and their management has changed. Now their manager is the NMAS manager who also has been really cool to me in the past. Soundboards aren't allowed.

i will pm you later tonight

i'll also include an updated list of shows i've shot; i've been using the two canon hd cams since january 09

i can also capture the footage on my end and just send you the hard drive instead of having to send you all the tapes like i've done in the past; the buckethead show is already captured with zero dropped frames

fanofthemule, do you think you'll ever get to processing any of the RCPM material you've pulled (audio or video)? or is it buried under dozens of other shows you'd rather process first?

I dont mind capturing standard def tapes but for hdv i prefer you capture like you mentioned,i only have 1 hdv cam and dont want to run any pre used tapes thru it.

yes.  my main issue has been having a pc that is fast enough to deal with capturing video without dropping frames; i'm finally getting around to building a computer that will do this and will start to capture everything

if you want any of the audio just drop me a pm and i'll send what i have
