NP1 Cup reverse Polarity
« on: May 29, 2011, 04:59:32 PM »
I am trying to power my HDP2.  I have a Bescor NP1 type battery and bought a NP1 connecter with a 8mm barrel plug.  I thought I was ready to rock n roll but when I plugged iit all in I got nothing,,,,,
I went to the local Radio Shack and the clerk showed me that the barrel plug is wired reverse polarity of the HDP2.
Is it as simple as reversing the way the barrel plug is wired?
Frustrating...
I am about to take the whole thing and throw it through the window at B&H.
It's an obsession but it's pleasin'.......
