I'm still breaking in my interconnects...got em going to the TV at the moment just to get them broken in before I put them through some critical listening.   I'll post a review in a week or two.  :)

i have mine burned in.  they are just waiting to be used. I have a session this week so they will definitely get some use then.  Drum overheads, acoustic guitars, vocals, etc.

Not sure when I'm taping a show again.  I have yet to "tape" a show all year :-\

Check the kickdown section. I have a comparison of these cables against canare starquad homebrews. Not the best comparison but it should do the job until someone does a better one. LMK.

Does anyone have photos of these cables?

has anyone noticed any sensitivity to these cables?
Like they get tapped you can hear a crack/pop in the recording?
I found several pops through a show I pulled down on Friday night.
1 was in the right channel only, 1 was in both channels. I am not really
blaming any one componenet as of yet. I have a show to listen to from Saturday night
and I want to see how it compares. First time I get clicks in my pulls and it was the first time
running the cables. It could of been from the stand being bumped or something else
too. I need to ask swampy if he picked up anything, since he was clamped. to my stand.
I know if I would lay a good thwack down on my zoallas I could hear it.
I have to at least investigate a little as to why I hear a pop , these cables are pretty dam sweet though.
Or maybe I need to look at this way, these cables open the spectrum up so much, maybe I just am now hearing a pop which has been there all along?

hmm... pls. keep us updated with this.

i've ran the cables few times and had no such experience.  does it sound like someone tapping the cable and your mic is picking up the sharp vibration or does it sound like an electronic "pop"?

not at all, I think it might have been at 1 o clock, for sure nothing higher then that.
The lowest would of been 12 o clock setting.
I still have to listen over my Sat. night pull to see if it is repeatable.
I will keep this updated, I was thinking optical cable, seems like those are the
most suspectible culprit, yet I think if it was the cable , it would be everywhere in the recording
and not just in a few spots.
I wrote down the time on the one click, I have to check the others again.
It is more of a pop then a vibration.  I will try and get some more critical listening time in.

In my experience, cable handling noise does not sound like popping.  I have heard handling noise on my mics previously, and it sounded much like wind noise, in that it was a deep bass sound.  In my opinion, popping noise would be something other than mic (or cable) handling noise.  I would check the other possible sources first.
