Well, I finally lost one of these tiny  “reducing sleeves” that come with the Rycote INV-1 shockmounts that allow a dpa4022 to be used with fit. I’ve searched the Internet high and low including the Rycote website but can’t seem to find these anywhere.
I did find this listing at B&H but it says “item no longer available”

I’m sure I could probably McGyver a solution but I’d feel much better having the real thing holding that expensive of a microphone.

Does anyone know where I can get these?

If you don't come up with a better solution you could ask Scott of SRS if he could create or duplicate this piece for you.  Good luck!

Posthorn has them listed on their site (https://www.posthorn.com/Rycote_invisionvideo.html (https://www.posthorn.com/Rycote_invisionvideo.html)).  I would give them a call and see if they still have some in stock. 

Sole Source AV also has them on their site (https://solesourceav.com/product/rycote-042203-invision-pack-of-5-x-reducing-sleeves-for-inv-1-inv-4-13/); I tried adding them to my cart and it worked, but I have no experience with the company.

Like always...if you find something that works extremly good and beyond 100% directly...get two of those...just like a good pair of shoes...get 2...or used them for 20 years and they will be at their best...

Update: Scott at SRS came up with a killer solution for these, a design that I actually prefer over Rycote’s design. Instead of the sleeve that “pinches” the mic and cable and then clips into the lyre, Scott made a custom clip for the mic and cable, attached to a barrel that fits into the Rycote lyre clips.
