Title: What’s causing this noise?

There’s a noise in the left channel noticeable around 25:00 in. Can anyone hazard a guess to what this is? This is a pair of AKG 483 that haven’t been used in a few years.

I picked up some Deoxit at lunch to clean up the mics' contacts. I'm hoping this was my cable starting to fail rather than a mic issue. I'll be testing the mics again tonight with a brand new cable pair.

Possibly. Seems like that would affect both channels if so, but I don't really have any experience with phone interference so far.

FWIW, it was very humid and warm outside, though I was running windscreens.

Gotcha, thanks for listening. Going to clean everything and try again tonight.
