modifying/resurrecting a ihp-120
« on: June 21, 2016, 03:44:28 PM »
curious if it was possible to replace the battery in an old iriver (and possibly make it user serviceable going forward with a plug).... while at it I would love to get the drive swapped for a CF card.

if its possible... anyone willing??

Never did the CF mod...replaced batteries on two units (I think the drive died on my first unit)...the only thing was a cracked piece of plastic on the side...
