One of Earthworks dealers sent me a CD that EW just put out. They run comparisons done exactly the same way with different mics. Funny thing is there is one scenario (vocals) where I prefer one of the competitors mics.
If you're interested in checking it out, find a dealer and I'm sure they'll get you a copy for free. It's pretty interesting if for no other reason, to hear what different mics sound like in identical situations (same day, same exact cables, mixing channel, zero effects, etc)
