Nikon D70 Is this a good deal?

I've been looking at D70's  on ebay and some online retailers and I can across this http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=43456&item=3871564325#ebayphotohosting auction. It looks like a good deal, but does anyone know how these two tamron lenses compare to the lens included in the D70 Kit. Any input is appreciated. Anyone know where to get a D70 for a good proce from an online retailer. Thanks

You get what ya pay for.  :)   The tamron lenes don't compare....the "kit" lens for the D70 (18-70 3.5 -4.5) is a GREAT lens.

I'm thinking of selling my D70 and moving to the 20D....if anyone would like to save a few $$ and buy used PM me.

Heather would kill me if I upgraded now........ :P
