ISO: Anker type portable battery pack suggestions?

looking for something to charge/power my phone, not gear.  quick charge is ideal.  but what's new/everyone using?  my old trusty got up and walked away from my office.

Though it looks like I have the previous version. Isn’t too heavy. I snagged one for around $30 when Amazon had a special.

One time charge or multiple charges from the same battery over a day or two without recharging the external?

What is the capacity of your phone in mah?
