Topic: VST Plugin Help

I use a free VST plug-in for stereo expanding (works wonders when working with a mono file) and I recently had to reinstall Windows. Now I can't for the life of me recall the name of the Plug-in. I know this is VERY vague and requires some "Jedi Mind Reading" tricks to read my mind, but I have used this plug-in with great success and I hate to not have it in my arsenal of plug-ins.

While on the subject, is there any plug-ins (preferably the free kind) that you find yourself using a lot and if so, what is it and what does it do?

Thank you!  I just downloaded it and I'll give it a try. I use iZotope a lot, so this should be awesome. Thanks again!  I was just so use to using the other one, but learning something new (better?) is always fun.

As for worth-while free VST plugins:
Just give TDR Nova (dynamic EQ) and TDR Kotelnikow (compressor) a try. There are also some stripped-down plugins from Melda or LVC which are quite nice.

In the great and affordable range, there are also Klanghelm MJUC (compressor) and Klanghelm SDRR (saturation).

For those of you who like to try out new things, you may want to give this a try. I have a fair amount of mono recordings from my minidisc days and this is (in my opinion) the best sounding fake stereo I have heard. I'm a big fan of it ... here's a nice review of the VST for those interested.
