looking for something that preserves 16 bit with a good solid 50' range, that's compatible with old analog signals-have a 25 year old yamaha receiver.

edit to hopefully distinguish myself from dumbass douches who actually think that a pair of wireless can compete with good cans-I have a decent pair of Sennheisers but my wife has this irritating little fucking cockatiel in heat and never stops chirping and screeching, and it would be nice to be able to move around the house with something superior to an ipod.  So what I'm really looking for is the best of what is probably a mediocre lot.

I've had bad experiences with wireless, so I gave up on them, but this review sounds pretty good
