I am switching from a sonicase to a mountainsmith day pack. The one thing I really liked with the sonicase was that I could leave my cables pluged in my V3 so all I had to do at the show was open up the side velcros and plug in my mics. I want to be able to do the same thing with my mountainsmith bag so I was thinking of just cutting some small holes for my XLRs and Digi cables, but I'm not sure if I would ruin the bag if I cut it, has anyone else done this? Anyone have a better suggestion than cutting?
