i bought a bunch of stuff from markertek to make apogee 15pin cables when i was running a 500.  it has long since been retired, but i just found a 15pin connector set.  this is the  male +female plugs, and a nice shielded metal collar for the plug.  i think these were like $10 a year or 2 ago....
