Studio DAT deck Service?
« on: May 19, 2016, 09:42:12 PM »
Anyone know where to get a PCM-R300 Serviced?  Deck still works but I get tracking errors and diginoise on playback.  Ive owned it since brand new and it has low hours, so I'd like to see about getting it working again

Jake: What's this?
Elwood: What?
Jake: This car. This stupid car. Where's the Cadillac? The Caddy? Where's the Caddy?
Elwood: The what?
Jake: The Cadillac we used to have. The Blues Mobile!
Elwood: I traded it.
Jake: You traded the Blues Mobile for this?
Elwood: No. For a microphone.
Jake: A microphone? Okay I can see that.

I would recommend Pro Digital Inc in Pennsylvania. Sent my PCM-M1 to them a few times and they've got it back to great working shape each time. Here's the link:
