ISO: 48V to 12V adapter cable for CMC4
« on: February 06, 2009, 11:14:59 AM »
I just picked up some CMC4's and was wondering if there is someone has any experience building these cables and if so, can you make it stubby on one end? Found the adapter http://www.trewaudio.com/store/product.php?productid=319&cat=0&page=1#detail but wanted something lighter.

Louie, do the bodies have a blue dot near the XLR connector? if so the item you linked won't work without modification.

Call Grace Design....  I think maybe you can move some jumpers inside the V3 so it will run the "parallel power", or whatever it's called.  In the manual they say "call us".
