The prophesied 10GB Hitachi PCMCIA Hard Drive is now available at about $600.
This extends the 16/48 record time to 868 minutes or about 14 hours.
Your 24/96 time is extended to 288 minutes or about 4.5 hours.

The Simpletech and Toshiba 5GB units are currently on street for about $130.
