vegas baby... tips?

got vegas 5.0 and can manipulate the vid fine... got my HD formatted to NTFs  (thanks everyone)

now, is it possible to mix my audio with the vid in vegas 5.0 without plugins?

any pointers? or online guides?

def a cool program and I see myself spending the next few nights playing with it

depends on if your dvd authoring program wants a mpg2 video file and a wave or a mpeg2 audio/video file.  if the later, then yeah just render the video as an .avi video and make sure audio and video are checked off.
