Topic: Rolls mini mix 4 stereo mixer-mx44s

Does anyone have any experiance with he Rolls (mx44s) mini mix stereo 4 channel mixer?  I want to run two sets of mics, cards and omnis with 1/8" inputs, into a Sony pcm-m10.  Do I just set the levels on the reorder at unity, and adjust the mixer?  Any advice would help.

but I'd stay away from any tiny Rolls mixers

you might find some other small mixers at a decent price- stay away from behringer and rolls

likely it would work but not be the best route to acheive good results
you would optimally like a mixer that you can solo channels on  so you can hear each pair of mics and differences in the mix - especially when you are mixing on the fly.

Recorded Toubab Krewe and Railroad Earth last night at the Wilma Theatre, in Missoula, MT.  I used a Sony PCM-m10, Rolls 4 channel stereo mixer, battery modules, to mix my microphone madness: sennheiser driven omni and card mics.  the show sounds pretty good.  I set the Pcm- M10 at 4.5 and the Rolls mixer at 4 for both sets of mics.  Levels are good and the sound is good too, maybe a little muddy.  No additional noise pollution from the mixer and no brickwalling.  I'm not used to recording with omnis, so I am not sure how much better the overall sound would be compared to a single set of cards.  I think some more recordings will be needed, but overall ok and recommended.

Taped again last night at Umphreys McGee.  I got great results, with no complaints.  I hope to get it up on LMA soon for you all to check out. 
I have:
 mm-hlsc and mm-hlso > (2) mm-cbm > rolls mini mix 4 stereo mixer-mx44s > Sony pcm-m10.
The Sony pcm-m10 was set at 4.5 and the Rolls mixer was set at 3.
