8GB Card for R09
« on: March 17, 2011, 06:48:37 PM »
OK ...Sorry for this thread among all these others but to be honest after reading through multiple threads dealing with cards and the R09 I'm still left confused with what  cards are known to be acceptable.I'm looking for an 8b card that is a standard to what most Edirol r09 users are gravitating towards
Can someone chime in and help me...I want to use my new R09 Saturday...thanks for your patience
: )

I have had problems with three A-data cards so far. One had bad speed (not up to the rating) and two have lock tabs that came loose so I can't write to the card. I prefer Sandisk & Kingston, though Transcend and Lexar seem ok too.

I will say A-Data has quick warranty service though.

Running the latest firmware / format the card in the R09? I've run Adata/Lexar/Kingston/Sandisc 16GB cards without any problems.
