What cable to use to make XLR patch cables? Belden/Canare?

I am making a set of stubbies to go from my V3 to my regular length of mic cable. I already had some Canare L-4E5C cable that I made one cable from, but I was just given a bunch of Belden 8761 and about 15 sets of Neutrik connectors, and I also have some Belden 1804a. Which cable would folks recommend to use to make my patch cables? I don't mind remaking the one I already build given my new acquisition of XLR connectors.
Here is the data sheet for the 8761
http://www.contactcables.com/products/Belden/Belden%208761%20data%20sheet.pdf
Data sheet on the 1804a

I can't find a data sheet on the Canare cable

Don't worry about it; any of the cables you listed will work just fine. Pick the cable that is the prettiest color, or is the easiest to strip, or is the most flexible, or whatever. All will be well.

i would try and make the patch cable out of the same stuff your other cables are
that way you keep a constant sound
