I used RiData CF Cards with my old 722!
Schoeps MK 4V & MK 41V ->
Schoeps 250|0 KCY's (x2) ->
Naiant +60v|Low Noise PFA's (x2) ->
DarkTrain Right Angle Stubby XLR's (x3) ->
Sound Devices MixPre-6 & MixPre-3

Proud owner of a 722 since day one. I was on the pre-order list w/ Sonic Sense before it was released. I've been recording to the original HDD and Transcend CF cards exclusively.

No doubt, the original HDD will fail me eventually, but other than user error, recording to CF has been flawless for me since the 722 was first released circa 2005-ish.

Anybody here remember exactly when the 722 was released to the public? Solid machine.

I got mine in May 2006 and ran it until summer 2011. I had to sell it to get my Schoeps tho ;)
