First problamitic recording....

i recently posted about having an issue with the km100 bodies where the actives connect....  so now the whole tape has bad static at places in that channel..which is probally that connection not being solid...... is there a way to just copy the good channel to fix it ....

I posted a sample...thanks for any ideas or help

Most audio editing programs have a way to copy the good channel to the other channel but you'll wind up with a mono recording. Check the help file of whatever program you use.

Might be easiest if you just get a copy of my or Pat's recording. Haven't talked to Pat to see how his turned out but mine has lots of crowd noise. If you want a copy, PM me your address and whether you prefer flac or wav files and I'll get it postal by Friday.
