ISO Nak CP-4 Replacement Windscreens

Anyone know where to find a set of replacement windscreens for a pair of Nak shotgun caps?  Mine are so old the foam is breaking down, and the only things I can find on line aren't 13.5 inches long.

Do some searches for 'Windtech SG-2' (11.5") and 'Windtech SG-3'(Longer but can be chopped).
