logic pro 8 yes or no what do you all think
« on: April 16, 2008, 08:23:24 PM »
I was looking at getting Logic Pro 8. One of the reason was for it all in one lay out and Apogee has some sweet gear that was made to go with apples logic. I want to know if any one uses logic and what they think. Also I can't seem to find if it has a 2 GB limit. I would love to hear what you all think.

No 2GB limit.

This is pretty overkill for what normally people on TS do.  Are you doing something more that live recording of more than 4 tracks.  You can also get Logic Express and see if it suits your needs.  To graduate to Logic Studio costs nothing extra (just the difference between express and studio).

Hope that helps.

Cool thanks I was think about that. I some times do more then 4. I have done 24 at one time for my friends band. I helped him with a demo for his band. But at that time I was using pro tools HD and was at school.
