This is some pretty interesting gear. It has been out since December 2009, but I haven't seen any mentions here.
Comes from a danish manufacturer, I guess they're not that well-knonw in the US?
Main points:
Stand-alone operation confirmed (manual, p26)
12 VDC powering
optical and coax out
Street price $325
The feature set looks similar to the USBPre2, but I wouldn't expect the same sound quality at half the price. Anyone here tried it?
