Onkyo’s ES-CTI300 cans

Anyone have any personal experiece w/these cans?  Woot has them heavily discounted for a while yet.  Second time around in a week IIRC.
These are the iO enabled "smart" version but I wouldn't need them to work that way.  Just some cans for work.  Their web site sort of tells me why they landed on Woot...

In the section discussing the Detachable Copper Cable with Inline Controls there's this at the bottom in grey and small type face"
