Quick shout out to Sound Professionals. Their customer service is second to none. Had some stupid questions about one of their battery boxes I've had for a while and never run. Chris fixed me up with the info I needed in record time. Every time I've bought one of their products or had them make me something, it's been fast and spot on.

This summer, I ordered something with super rush shipping (maybe next-day) but an item got left out of the shipment... gave them a call and they had the missing piece to me something like the day after that. And as a new taper, I also appreciate the fact that they have so much entry-level gear available... it’s helped make this hobby more accessible.
