« on: August 12, 2006, 04:17:04 PM »
My 7.2V 5400 mah Wally's are getting old. Are the 9V 6000's compatible? Same type of battery.

i've used bothe the 7.2 and 9v with my v2 with no problems, as long as its between 6v and 12v you should be fine, except the low voltage indicator won't function the same

sure, the V3 will run off anything from 6v to 12v (as long as it's calibrated for 6V.  if it's calibrated for 12V, than 7.2 or 9 will be below the cut-off and it won't run on).  but if you've been running it on 7.2V already, you should have no trouble running it from 9V...
