Easiest way to change the header of a wav file?

I recorded the DBT this past weekend and it sounds like the chipmunks are singing.  I tried to do it already with Audacity but could not figure it out....

How do i do this?
Set Track Rate to the desired sample rate value

Black upside-down triangle drop-down menu next to the track's filename.
Milab VM-44 Links > Fostex FR-2LE or
Naiant IPA (tinybox format) > Roland R-05
