I've shot a few shows with a Sony HX90V, any easy method to merge the MTS files into a single MKV/MP4 container without re-encoding? I tried Tsmuxer and MKVtooknix but the audio is out of sync.
-
Looks like it can be done with a few simple command prompts: https://photography.tutsplus.com/tutorials/3-free-ways-to-join-spanned-avchd-video-files-into-continuous-clips-on-windows--cms-25830
Hope that helps you!

PM me i have a free utility that does exactly this.
-
TSSplitter (for joining continous but splitted mts files) and mkvtoolnix (for muxing into mkv).
-
TSSplitter and the tool Beatkilla sent joined them up nicely - you end up with some weird specs in Mediainfo for the joined file!
And mkvtoolnix wrapped it into a mkv file with audio in sync this time.
Thanks guys

What is this mysterious tool that beatkilla has for joining .mts files?

MTS_FileJoiner.

Meant to say thanks a while back as well. This is a great little application for better managing camera files. Much appreciated!
