Specifically, I'm wondering how well it works for the following:
- basic EQ
- minor noise reduction
- audio normalization
- tracking
- dithering/resampling from 24/48 or 24/44.1 to 16/44.1
- exporting to .wav tracks
Currently, I use a mix of Sound Forge and CDWave on my PC, but the PC is on its last leg and I'd really like to move this workflow to my Mac. I don't really like Audacity (it feels clunky to me), but it looks like Soundtrack Pro could do everything except convert to .flac (which I can do easily with other tools).
Anyone? Any input would be great.

I used Soundtrack Pro for a while when I moved to a 4-track recorder. It can do almost everything you want it to (except the flac step). It may be there, but I never found a 'split by markers' type function. So I would (and still do) bounce out to SoundStudio for splitting into tracks. After post-processing a few shows with soundtrack, I started thinking that Logic (Express) may be a little better suited to what I wanted to do, so I took a chance a bought a copy of that. I like the interface and some other nit-picky things a little better in Logic, but I suspect that is just personal preference.
I can try and help with specific questions as they arise.
