Topic: Upgrade advice needed...

Hi all,

A little help, please.

I am running WaveLab 6 on a PC and I need to replace my motherboard and cpu.

WaveLab 6 runs on 32-bit XP and Vista only.

I'm sticking with XP and WaveLab 6 and I'll need a board with at least 1 PCI slot.

It looks like it might work out for me to get a barebones kit instead of just the board/cpu bundle. 

I need some advice on the best choice of CPU, preferably Intel. The more power the better.   

Anyone have experience along these lines?
