merging two files in audacity

Would someone mind telling me how to merge two files into one without any gaps-(seamless). Taped a show last night at 24/96 and one set is split into two. If not audacity, then which program would you suggest?

Copy > Paste...?
Just make sure the cursor is at the end of "file one"...
