4 pin assignment ad2k vs ad 500
« on: September 21, 2008, 03:32:38 PM »
I just picked up an AD2K and need to put together a power solution. I have an old ad 500 - does anyone know offhand if the pin assignments are the same for the power on these two. I would love to be able to hack the cable off the sla I used for the AD 500 and use it with one of my tekkeon batteries.

ad2k is pin 1 Ground, pin 4 12V and is clearly marked on the unit.

google is your friend:

looks like a funky d-sub input, so it depends how your battery is wired
