Title: Pair small condensers (i.e. josephsons) vs. minis (dpa 4060s)

What would you rather have to record a band. My history - recording core sounds to a minidisc.
Looking to upgrade
Rear rejection is important, though I have gotten good results with the cores as long as the mics are close enough to the band (and the crowd isn't too annoying). I'd rather have minis, and not have to set up the two condensers but just looking for people who've used both and what you prefer

Why not go for cardioid minis?
