r-44 question
« on: August 26, 2010, 08:30:21 PM »
when it says REM xxx:xx:xx fill in the x's with a time value for a recording while doing two stereo tracks, does that mean that there is that time remain for both stereo tracks or that much time remaining between the stereo tracks. Right now i think it means total time left for both (as in both tracks would have x amount of space left) thanks.

also any tips for first time running one of these?

Total remaing time left, given whatever channel configuration you are currently using. Stop recording and resume using half as many channels, or half the sample rate for the same number of channels, and the displayed time remaining would double.
