« on: April 29, 2005, 07:22:13 AM »
hey all...just a heads up.
4 months after the Fostex left my hands, i am finaly getting around to digging up my notes and writting a review.
please point out typo's or any main issues i forgot to mention about the Fostex.

I wrote this over many boddingtons and blarring GD late last night.
so i'm sure it didn't stand up to my own editorial scrutiny.
:)

plus, I spell like a mule.

Nice review, thanks Nick!

One mistake I found -- I think "sound affect accusation" should be "sound effects acquisition".

fine if left outside and well ventilated. Proper matenance (formating and defragging) is highly recomended.

Should be "maintenance"

stupid spell checker!
:)
thanks guys.

as for 12v batteries, i've not seen any high-amperage packs other than SLA.  And w/the cost of a 5amp SLA being...oh...$12.  its hard to beat....and great to tie to your shoes and jump in the ocean with if you can't handle life.

I never thought of all these SLA uses!
