Normalizing with Reaper

I started using Reaper recently and am getting familiar with it, and I am normalizing my recordings but I'm not sure what is the best setting for them. When I go to normalize, I have multiple options to select from, and I'm not entirely sure which one to use and what they mean, any help would be appreciated.

You probably want to normalize to "peak". I think most tapers are normalizing to peak somewhere between -.1 and -1 db.

LUFS I- means Loudness Units Full Scale and is the perceived loudness of the entire song (or performance, recording). Streaming services like Spotify and Youtube have a limit of -14 for LUFS I nad if you go over that they will adjust it themselves to that standard.

Hmm...I'm getting a lot clipping using either of those settings with those numbers. I'll have a look at the forums you linked, I'm sure I'll figure it out at some point.
