how would i capture a video stream?

i am watching the b'roo stream and would like to be able to watch it when i get home from work tomorrow. if anyone knows the right program that i could use. sorry if this is inapropriate for ts. but thought i would give it a try.

I personally use a combination of URLSnooper and Streambox!VCR for most stuff like that.  URLSnooper gets you teh source URL and Streambox tricks the server into thinking that it is a player and then saves the original file as it is created.  I used that combo to snag the GD reunion thing a few Augusts ago.  I also used it to snag most of the RealMedia stuff that House of Blues used to host years ago.
