PDAudio-CF windows driver caused my system to crash and I had to reinstall my other audio drivers.  I'm not sure if they've released a solid windows driver yet.  VxPocket is good, the only concern I have with is the dongle cable connection to the card.

I also have a vx pocket.  until recently i had tape over the card while in the slot.  Then i taped the cable onto the side of my computer, as you know the cable is very heavy with all the additional connects.
I recently purchased another cable from www.customconnects.com, this thing is the bomb it just has a spdif input and output, real light, much easier to use.
