i have 2 12 volts, but they're old and have been used like 2 times in the past 15 months, plus we all know a 12v 7ah is bulky
i'm thinking i might make a power cable that'll take 2 6v, connect them in series, and give a 12v output. i figure i just make a connector with 2 male 4 pin xlrs and 1 female, so it'll be able to take any 2 6v and give a 12v output. has anyone done this?
how efficient is this? same as running 1 12v 7.2ah?

as long as theyre wired IN SERIES youre fine scott, howvere, im unsure what happens to mah when you wire in series
i know when ya wire in parallel theyre mah is added

Basically...
Series = add voltage, capacity remains the same
Parallel = add capacities, voltage remains the same
