I don't know that I'd place an order for just cable ties from here, but I recently threw some in my cart @ monoprice when ordering some HDMI cables. http://www.monoprice.com/products/subdepartment.asp?c_id=105&cp_id=10520#1052003

You can buy a small spool of double-sided Velcro at Michaels for like $9.  Cut to size and you're good to go.

I just bought some at Lowe's. They were over by the extension cords. 30 for $6.50. They are 15" long so I cut them down to the length I need. I figure I won't need to buy any more for a while.

I picked some up at Walmart a couple months ago. They were by the extension cords and power stuff.

These are nice and thick. I like them, but they are sometimes a little too short to go around long cable wraps.

I have a 12ft. roll of Velcro One-Wrap straps. You can cut it to any needed length.

I get them from eBay in bulk, 500 or so at a time, ask for a discount if you order that many:

I picked up 6 double sided from Hancock fabric!  I got some from dollar tree, but they aren't double sided, which I needed.  I use them to suspend my pre in the gear bag and they works great.
