Title: ISO: (Stereo) XLR "stubbies" to a Stereo 3.5mm Cable

I am looking for (Stereo) XLR "stubbies" to a Stereo 3.5mm Cable ...  I basically want it exactly like the enclosed picture, but with the (smaller) XLR connectors.  Does anyone know where I can find these, or direct me to who I can order them from?
