Art Phantom-II 48V Dual Phantom....any good?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=15198&item=7313723469&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

My current setup is a pair of AT-853s with battery box running into a CJB3, I'm thinking of purchasing a set of SuperLux SMK-H8Ks and will then need cables and a phantom power supply, both of which I'm clueless about.  I can figure out the cables at Sound Professionals, but am looking for a cheap power supply and found this one on eBay.  Is it a good buy?  THANKS
Big Rig:  SMK-H8K/U or MSH-1O > PS-2 > AD-20 > CJB3
Sm Rig:  SS DSM-6S (or SP-CMC-12 > SPBM-2)  > MD-MT77
ISO: Cheap iRiver 120 or 140 :)

I used this to tape 2 shows... same setup too.. with the luxes. I accidentally fried it one day and then upgraded to a UA-5. Barring stupidity like I exhibited, I think it's a nice little box.
